We require 30 days notice to terminate a contract. Your VA is also required to provide 30 days notice to leave a contract. We will always be ready to r-recruit for you.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n <\/div>

The more concise you can be with your list of tasks and responsibilities the VA will have plus the experience and skills you feel will be necessary to carry out those tasks the better your chances of finding the right VA for you.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n <\/div>

Any overtime worked is charged at the normal hourly rate and will be agreed to with your VA prior to working. Your VA is required to provide us with the overtime hours when completed.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n <\/div>

As with all hiring processes you need to allow time to complete necessary paperwork and contract preparation but this can often be achieved in 24 hours. Once the appropriate paperwork is completed and the first invoice has been paid to the end of the month, your VA is ready to start work.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n <\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n \n WHAT TIME ZONES AND HOURS ARE THEY AVAILABLE?<\/span>

Full time assistants are engaged for 8 hours with a 1 hour lunch break to be taken at an agreed time. We recruit your VA dependant on the hours you require to be worked. Multiple VAs can mean your business is running 24\/7. Generally our VAs work 9am to 5pm AEST or thereabouts.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n <\/div>

\n \n WHAT HAPPENS ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?<\/span>

<\/i><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/a>\n <\/div>\n

This is entirely up to you whether or not you want the employee to work on Australian public holidays. Bear in mind some employees will request days off for their own Philippine public holidays and request that they make up the hours.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n <\/div>

\n \n WHAT IF THEY WANT TO TAKE HOLIDAYS OR SICK DAYS?<\/span>

Due to the nature of the contract, you only pay for hours worked \u2013 you do not pay sick or holiday pay. However, most businesses with agree to allow their VA to work extra hours either prior or after the event to make up the time.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n <\/div>

\n \n HOW DOES THE INVOICING SYSTEM WORK?<\/span>

Through careful screening and selection criteria, we choose only the best resumes to forward for you to review. From there, you can choose the most suitable applicants for the interview process. \n \n WHAT SET-UP IS REQUIRED OF THE CONTRACTORS, IF ANY?<\/span>

We require our contractors to have a quiet room where they can work uninterrupted. It is also a strict necessity that they have a reliable, secure Internet connection and a suitable computer. We also require a backup internet connection and computer they have access to should something go wr<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n <\/div>

It\u2019s no different than with staff in your office \u2013 all you need to do is ensure you\u2019re approachable and communication remains open and easy.
